It's soooo quiet....!


I don't know what or who to thank but thanks to Linux running on my system now, it's like all the features that Dell sold me on back in 99 are finally being realized. I mean, the system is just like soooo quiet in comparison to that dog windows.

No more do I get this constant disk thrashing here or fan kicking in needless there.

So much power, so little effort!

Whew...!

The disk noise in Win probably comes from the FAT. When I access the Win partition from Linux it still makes noise.

i just can't get over how quiet everything always is. quiet and clean, always.
