Yeah...I did, thanks to all the wonderfull help from this community and others
An admin on teh vector linux forums helped me find my system specs by wading through the terribly constructed hp site.
Since vector didnt work with my video card I tried Libranet..it worked great. All except teh sound. With one post I got a reply that fixed it.
