how to make programs autostart in KDE, using Konqueror

To make a program autostart in KDE, put a link to it in /home/user/.kde/Autostart. Go to that folder in Konqueror, right click on the white space somewhere, and select New-->Link to Application. When the window defining the new link appears, go to the Applications tab in it. In the Command box there, type the command for your program. If the link is for a file to be opened by the program, type the program command and then the path to the file (e.g.,"kwrite '/mnt/sda3/data/notepad.txt'").
