I just switched from ArchLinux to Slackware 10.2 successfully on my laptop Compaq Evo n800v. I couldn't be happier. Running Fluxbox. I was running Arch for like a month and then I broke it by removing udev..oops. So I decided to stick to Slackware no matter how hard. I copied the xorg.conf from arch after doing a hwd -xa he he. Me a cheater. Anyways, I got Fluxbox working pretty well, going to try openbox and going to learn how to build a server. I could not have done it without all the great people at this forum. Thanks.
