Switched from Windows on my Laptop

Hello everyone! This is my Hi thread!
I switched from Windows to linux last February after my Windows license was taken away. I fell in love with it very quickly. I have a Thinkpad R30, running Mandrake 10 Download. I am using Gnome 2.6 for the environment. My favorite program is Vi. I write almost everything in it now; it is so simple to use. For my website,I use Screem and GFTP. I like the way Screem uses the text editing guidlines in Jeff Raskins book, "The Humane Interface."
