Sort of linux newbie :)

Hi everybody!

I'm sort of a linux newbie, and sort of a newbie here. Let me explain and introduce myself.

I've been messing around with linux for a few years, nothing serious though. Had a Fedora Core 4 on one machine for a while, then decided to switch to Slackware, which was quite unpleasant in beginning, but I managed to solve all my problems - mostly thanks to this forum. I played with BackTrack2 for a while (penetration tested my own network :) ), a bit of Arch here and Debian there. But now, for the first time I found a problem to which I cannot seem to find an answer, so I decided to register. But more of that in the appropriate forum :)

BTW, great job on keeping this forum running and ansewring all sorts of questions :)

Umm, no, it was never mentioned anywhere, although I admit I haven't read the rules & FAQs, assuming it mentions standard netiquette... Or you're just kidding?
