Puppy linux is great!!!

Puppy linux is the distro that really introduced me to linux very easy to get started with has good hardware compatability and one of the most newbie friendly forums around. Can't wait for the new 2.15 CE release.

The CE means community edition Puppy Linux 2.15 is an edition of Puppy customized by some of the Puppy Linux forum members with the aid of Barry Kauler the creator of Puppy. Puppy can now write to NTFS and plans are in the works to move to aufs for the modules which is currently limited to 5 by unionfs. 2 of the unionfs layers are already used by puppy in 2.15 so in the new CE edition the user can customize their installation by putting up to 3 .sfs files(upgrade modules) in the home directory. several upgrade packs like Open Office, a graphics pack, web pack, wine in an sfs has been around for a while ect... are available. More likely to turn up. Guess what Icewm is now the default window manager so puppy is now much more themeable try out fooling people that you figured out a way to get the latest M$ O/S running smoothly on a PI or PII .
also the icon set has changed sort of see through.
Check out the screenshots on the community forum.
