posting to post links ;-)

OK, I'll bite. I wanted to help someone out by posting some links, but since it was my first post, it would not let me. So, here I go introducing myself ;-)

I'm Steven Rostedt, I work for Red Hat and I'm the current maintainer of the Real-Time Patch for Linux.

I'm very strong when it comes to kernel issues, but I'm pretty weak at using user space tools. My help will then be towards kernel related problems, and I may be asking questions about tools.

There, now back to the posts.

Hi Steven and welcome to LQ

Since you are a member of Red Hat, drop Jeremy a line (jeremy @ and he will give you a title other than LQ Newbie to reflect the fact that you are an RH employee.
