Long time lurker, first time poster

Hi Everybody,

I've been a memeber here for a while now, I registered to add to the numbers of active users. I usually don't have much to contribute, as I am learning a lot about Linux still, so I typically keep my typing in the search bar The time has come for that to change, as I am tired of seeing the "You Haven't Posted Anything" message on every page I view here.

I am a long time user of Linux on the desktop, primarily Debian and Mint, and have recently inherited the Linux server maintenance at work as I am the only person in the IT department with Linux experience. It's been a steep learning curve, and the information posted by the community has been incredibly helpful, so I'll take this opportunity to say "Thank You" to everybody here. Yes, that includes you
