introducing myself from New Zealand

Hello all-
My winter project is getting set up and on line a dedicated p4 Dell for ubuntu 8.04. All loaded in and running now just discovering what required for modem connection.
have two other dells on windows xp--and like the idea of linux os as an alternative systems--cheers anzac-y
