I have chosen to comply...

Just kidding. I do want to show what support I can for all Linux groups.

I am not a newbie to Linux. I am a trained Slacker but have diverted to Fedora due to ease of setup. I have built servers on Slackware and Fedora and hack at live distros when time permits.

I currently work in the northeast US with local hotels and small companies keeping their Micro-crap OS workstations and servers running. I have also built Linux based web servers (with email - qmailrocks.org; yes, it's called the white trash of qmail but it is so easy...) and hack HTML most of the time to keep local sites up to date.

I am very grateful for these forums. Thank you all for your contributions and time!

Welcome aboard.

I worked in hotels for 11 years and made the switch to full time IT by going to work for a company that made Property Management Systems. The only thing I really miss about working in hotels as compared to IT is the babe factor.
