Talking I am newbiewon sort of a permanent newbie.

I have a lot of experience trying out new O/S distributions but have settled into Mint 15 KDE. KDE is just the best most sexy front end we have in Linux for my money. I do like Cinnamon quite a bit but not sure it can handle day to day yet. I have just retired and want to become a Linux Sys. Admin. Has anyone got suggestions on how to get started?

So I started learning Linux today. Rather I started learing Unix today and found out that was starting to learn Linux. The web site I have put in the title of this response has made me aware of the terminal and helped overcome my fear of using it. I am a Windows person new to Linux and this is a great tutorial. By the way, I owe this great start to Rokytnji! Thanks!
