Howdy Do, Y'all
Not new to Linux but no guru either. Started w. Lindows/Linspire in 2003 to try Linux out and really liked linux. In mid 2004, i think, Linspire changed their subscription/sftwre pricing and terms so started looking for a new distro to use. I had been checking them out over time anyway and Linspire is based on Debian, and I liked the overall concept of Debian vs the other distros so tried out installing Sarge 2.6.8.2 "netinstall" and after a few attempts got it installed on my old Windows box then and did the same on my Linspire box and haven't looked back.
