Your older studies are not fully lost. Some catching up however.

Hi to all. I've been using Linux since the mid-90s, and have several machines around here, all (seemingly) running different distros! I'm almost totally distro-agnostic, but used to prefer RPM-based systems. However, when Ubuntu arrived - and was just so damn good! - I had to get with the programme, and take up the use of Synaptic. Nowadays, I write the odd bit of software (you may be using one of my contributions to the cause right now) and I (seemingly) seldom have time for anything other than work and a little sleep. "One of these years, I'll get an early night!"

Greetings from a new member.

Still trying to decide which distro to go with, currently using Mint. Fairly new Linux user but hooked for life now.
