Thumbs up Hi All

Just joined today, I installed Ubutu 10.10 on one of my boxes and also on one of my laptops. Being a bit of a computer geek I am amazed at how configurable Linux is, and at the abundance of free open source software and development tools available.

I have already created a start up script to automatically mount the samba shares located on my FreeNas server, so as to access the music and videos via Banshee (or any other preferred media player) without the need to mount the shares manually before launching Banshee. I will be posting the details shortly for those of you that are interested.

Bye for now.
