Helloooooooow! (Rhymes with yellow.)

Just doing the customary thing and introducing myself.
My background is a hodgepodge of what dad taught me and going back to college three years ago after 20 years as a closet geek. Really.

So now I'm reincarnated as a computer service technician. (in my "former life" I was a paralegal and hated it)

But, guess what? OF course, nothing but A+ was introduced, even though all the veteran geeks know that customers use ALL of the different systems and this would limit they types of machines and systems I can work on. So I am here to expand my knowledge. Teach me.
