This is my first post. I was in LQ for months as a silent reader, partly because I don't speak English well, my native languages are austronesians (I speak two of those :-D). The other reason I don't post here is because most of my problems are already answered (in this forum or others).
I am a linux user since 2008, move from distro to distro. For now, I am running a customized Salix 14.1 in my laptop (it is become more like pure Slackware + kdetown than Salix).
I had never heard of the term "austronesians" before so I did a little research here. Also found this article. The old saying applies: You learn something new every day."

Given your history with Linux and the fact that you've learned to self solve problems, I think your experiences here would be extremely helpful to members who happen to ask questions.
Please consider offering up some of your knowledge to those in forums where you have some personal strengths.
