Lightbulb Hello Everyone!

I would just like to formally say hello to everyone using this great website and thank the developers, experts, and new users alike for the wealth of information they have provided me on my quest to become a more proficient and knowledgeable Linux user and programmer. With that being said, I would like to know if there is a specific procedure to post how-to forums up so that I may contribute what I have learned? (I have read much of the LinuxQuestions.org documentation and could not find a contribution section.) Should I just pick a forum and then post, or simply answer others posts? Thanks in advanced!

Hello and welcome to the forum

Posting on an appropriate forum is how I've seen others do it but there are also other areas and ways you can do this as well. For example, if you want to let others know that a hardware device works with Linux, you can post an entry in the HCL. Or, if you want to show others how to do something in Linux, you can post in the Tutorials page.

Hope this helps...

Regards...
