Thumbs up Greeting

LQ Member Intro forum
I'm checking in from New Hampshire.
Looked into Linux some years ago. Decided then, that I had better things to do with my time.AHA.Little did I know/figure that, upon upgrading from Window 3.1 to Win 95, etc, etc, etc, etc..
on just how many hours( weeks, months, years)of my life cycle I was going to be wasting with fighting the "Crash Cow"..
So...I figured why not?
Just got into Linux via Linspire.
I like it..
I have extra hard-drives available for plugging in..(Thanks to Window,,I learn to be prepared~!) So, I figure I might as well look at other Distro for comparisons..
That's where I am at this point.
I might add, that just about everything i have learned, I owe to my dear friend..Bill Ott~
Thanks Bill for saving my bacon so many times..
ciao
