can't export my display to another systems

I ma running Gentoo Linux in my Dell box. When I try to export my DISPLAY to another system it says:

$export DISPLAY="my_ip_address:0.0"
$xclock
Error: Can't open display: my_ip_address:0.0

I added this host with xhost +remote_host

I deleted the no_listen tcp from my Xservers file.

Any ideas why I can't export my display to another system.

I apologize for posting this question here. I didn't know that this is to introduce ourselves.

Well, I am kind of new using Linux. I used to use another flavors of Unix.

I'm closing this thread as you have another in Linux-General. Next time when you post to a wrong forum by mistake, doen't create a new thread, just report it to the moderators and write that it's in a wrong forum and should be moved.
