Novice reports, everybody helps

Hi people! I’m new to the forum and I just wanted to let you know that I thought that this is really great info! I can guess that many people don’t know how to ask questions, and that this can certainly help them. If I have a question in the future then I’ll know how to post it :) And it seems that some people can’t just ask questions they can’t read answers or posts either … ;)

Hi just go to the command mode and press ctl+alt+f7 because red hat linux has 6 command mode from ctl+alt+(f1 to f6) and the graphical mode is ctl+alt+f7 just try it .i think it may work

Sofar this place is been very nice and breezy to use, and all i could think of to say is somuch thanks to this community and its partners, this site has been committed to helping linux for along time, and the spirit of linux and freebsd lives on good here.

You hit the nail perfectly square on the head . It,s a pity we can,t do the same thing to these Drones that think they are well informed people yet can,t see what,s past the TV screen to witness what,s going on in plain view right in front of their eyes. I am new to Linux but i have been hopeless with Computers from way back i was trying to introduce myself in the intro forum when i saw your comment and i just had to thank you for the smile you made from my grimacing frown. Your info in front of people who ignore it anyway covers so much of the Gen Pop,s problem so simply maybe some of them will be able to understand it if they see it it the right place,s enough time,s. Me wearing it around on a shirt wont be the best image for the slogan but im getting one made up in the morning with a heap of the sad truth,s and painful fact,s all over it with the slogan in a bold, blazing and in your face style that will be hard to miss. Im going to need to watch some Richard Stallman interviews to brush up on some facts and misinformation the zombie,s call life. Travel Safe Xavier

Simply want to agree with this post, both for the practice/ learn-how and for it's sentiment. It's much like when folks these days end phone calls without saying bye or some other such feedback that they are signing off. Aggrivating, and a bit disconcerting.

I feel stupid for asking but, why in the last line of this guide, does it say " And don't forget, 3 very invaluable resources are" and then, lists only 2, google and LQ Wiki?

A question about this guide.
