WUSB11 Linksys Wireless USB on RH 9

I have red hat 9 and a Linksys WUSB11 wireless usb adapter version 2.6 and I was wondering how to get it to work with Red Hat 9. Since it isnt supported, I know you have to make a driver. I tried following a guide, but I ended up ruining linux cause im such a noob with linux

Can anyone help me or show a good easy to follow guide. Thanks.

I used the following to help me set it up from start to finish. I am still having problems with the encryption but at least I can get to the internet.

you will want to examine the following table to see what your VID and PID is to know if you need RFMD or 3861. I got my VID and PID from the dmesg command.
