Wirless Netgear pci card in fedora core 3 FC3

Hello,
I have a netgear desktop pci card which supports WG311 ,802.11g.
I use ndis wrapper to make it work.
I can make it work but the thing is the network drops immediately.
It works fine in window XP well.

Can any one has suggestions.

Moved: This thread is more suitable in Wireless Networking and has been moved accordingly to help your thread/question get the exposure it deserves.

What card is it? Can you post the output from:
lspci

What version of NDIS wrapper and what driver are you using?
