judging by your output from lspci, it's not a prism chipset, therefore, the orinoco driver is not for you.

back to thinking it's a broadcom chip......

im trying to use ndiswrapper i got version 0.3 to compile finally, but i cant get it load the driver. and when i try to install linuxant's loaddriver proigram is says i need the dependency bin/sh... which i have...

I'm truly sorry if I took you down the wrong road, but everything I could find on that card seemed to say that v2 = Prism.
