Wireless SuSE with Blitzz Wireless

There are drivers for a wireless device for Linux on the CD they gave me... but I have no idea what to do. There is no installation help, it just tells me to put the files into a folder I cant put them in (I cant put stuff in Sbin even as root!) and when I try running the files from the CD they dont work. Should I try to configure the wirelss device from YAST?

You don't want to be putting things in sbin.
Assuming it's a zipped tar,
Copy to your home directory:
~ /mnt/cdrom/filename.tar.gz /home/username
Unzip and untar the file (uncompress and break it into its component parts)
~tar zxvf filename.tar.gz
Change to the newly-created directory
~cd filename
Read the contents of the instruction file(s)
~less README
and/or
~less INSTALL
Follow the installation instructions therein.
