I am using ubuntu8.04LTS..i had my wireless working good. Few days back i am not able to connect through wireless. I have meddled with System->Admin->Network But no luck..
My network driver is Intel PRO/Wireless 3945 and have driver module iwl3945...
I am seeing my iwl3945 driver loaded using lsmod...but it is not used by any process...My System->Admin->Hardware Drivers shows no properitary drivers...i decided to recompile kernel with all driver options...
I got kernel 188.8.131.52 compiled it, and now my hardware drivers are detected in system->admin->hardwaredrivers...Still i am not able to use wireless...What might be the problem...I could not able to solve this issue...Help me to resolve it....
