Wireless PCI Lan Issue with Fedora 3

Anyone,

I am having some difficulty configuring my "802.11g Wireless LAN PCI Adapter" to work with Linux. I am aware that there isn't a specific driver available for Linux, but I was told it could work with modules of some sort. I have finally got my computer to recognize the card = lspci = 02:08.0 "Network controller" "Texas Instruments" "ACX 111 54Mbps Wireless Interface" "Allied Telesyn International" "1201" However, from this point I cannot get it to work. does anyone have any instructions or advice as to how to get this wlan card working on my linux box?

Thanks,

09-Sparky

The good news is that the ACX 1xx chipsets have a native linux driver available. The project page has a lot of good information about how to install the drivers.

I couldn't get it to work after much stress, I decided to purchase a card with native linux drivers. Thank you for the help.
