wireless not working after disabling from networkmanager applet in fedora 15 and b43
 

hi all
i am using fedora 15 on laptop hp6515b and using lxde desktop. i disabled wireless on the laptop by clicking on "enable wireless" option in network manager .. now i want to start using wireless again can anyone please suggest me how to get it working

i have tried restarting NetworkManager
rebooted the laptop
install b43 drivers again

If you disabled the wireless adapter in Network Manager. By reversing the process you used to disable it, you should be able to re-enable it.

Have you tried re-enabling it in Network Manager?

ok finally i found it and for anyone who has same issue u can try the same
i installed rfkill rfkill - tool for enabling and disabling wireless devices
then i checked " rfkill list " output and it said
# rfkill list
0: hci0: Bluetooth
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
1: hp-wifi: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: yes
Hard blocked: no
2: hp-bluetooth: Bluetooth
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no

and here i noticed

hp-wifi softblocked yes

next i did
rfkill unblock all

and then i got the icon for enable wireless in network manager
