Wireless Lan card cant access internet
I am new to Linux but not technically illiterate... I have bought and installed SUSE 9.0 on my laptop (EVO N610c) and am experiencing the strangest problem with my Linksys wireless access card (WPC11, version 3). Linux recognizes the card, and I can configure the essid, wep key, use DHCP etc without problems. I can connect to 192.168.1.1 with my browser to view the Wireless router settings on the Linksys router I have connected to my cable modem...so I know that my connection is good.
However, I can not access the internet at all, and it just immediately errors out. Am I missing a setting somewhere?
If I plug in to the router directly, and not use the wireless card, I get on the internet right away.
Any help would be appreciated.
