wireless card setup problem

I just got a TrendNet TEW-228PI 11Mbps Wireless LAN PCI Adapter and I am having problems configuring it for Redhat 9. Redhat doesnt automatically configure the card, and I have no clue how to configure it myself under linux. Can someone help me out with this...

Thanx

p.s.

I think its based on the Realtek RTL8180 Wireless LAN (mini)PCI NIC. Because when I look at windowsupdate.com theres the option to download a driver update for the previously mentioned. Hope this helps.

Hi,

Is RedHat seeing the card at all? Does it configure it as an ethx device, or do you get any messages (good or bad) with the dmesg command?

I'm just checking whether Red Hat is recognising the hardware at all and, if so, to what extent.
