Wireless bridge

I'm trying to get my laptop running Debian to act as a wireless bridge for my Xbox. The laptop currently has access to my LAN via wlan0, and is connected to the Xbox via a crossover cable on eth0.

My problem lies in bridging wlan0 and eth0. I tried brctl, that didn't work - I read that it might not work with wireless networks anyways.

I'm currently trying parprouted, but can't actually ping the Xbox from my desktop. I can however ping wlan0 and eth0 from my desktop. I have the gateway on the Xbox set to my wireless/wired router, I hope this is correct.

Looking at the debug messages from parprouted it seems as if everything should be going fine, parprouted even detects my Xbox's static ip.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Why do you need a bridge? Wouldn't be way easier to just make a NAT between those 2 interface?
Search a bit about NAT howto on google (or on this site) it's quite easy to do so and it could probably solve your problem better than a bridge.
