Wired and Wireless file transfer

I was wondering if it is possible to have one computer have a wired NIC card connected to a wireless router that would send the file to another wireless router that is connected into a wired NIC card in the other computer? I was wondering since my wireless card is not working well with Linux but I can get a wired NIC card to work in linux fine.

If there is a way, a little detailed HowTo would be nice.

Thanks in advance
