Why is my wireless network doesn't work in Fedora 7, Netgear WG311v3 and ndiswraper?

Hardware
1. Dual core PC with inter Deskto essential series board
2. Netgear router WGR614v7
3. Netgear wireless card WG311v3

Software
1. Fedora core 7
2. ndiswraper 1.9
3. Installed win xp .INF file with ndiswraper
4. configured as per the instruction from web (some forums)
5. installed and configured propertly
6. iwconfig wlan0 scan - giving some other network access points, but my access point not in the list
7. iwconfig is giving the out put with my configuration, only thing is Access Point: Not associated

Please help me to get out of this.

If you don't see your router then is the ssid being broadcast?
Also the first thing to do is try to make a clean unsecured connection. Meaning no wep, wpa, wpa2 enabled on the router. Once you can do this then reenable security and configure that portion.

Router ssid already broad casted and am getting the wireless connection in my laptop with Ubuntu & WEP 64 bit Hex encryption and it is working fine.

But the issue is with my desktops Fedora 7 with Netgear WG311v3.

No idea as to why Fedora would not use the same piece of hardware as the Ubuntu install to see the router.
