What app. should I use to connect via wifi?

Hi all,

I have a working 802.11g card which 'sees' other access points using KWiFi.

Hopefully this is not a dumb question. Which application should I use to log on to an access point?

Thanks for your help.

When you say "log on" do you mean log on to the admin console on the AP or "log on" as in connect to that network?

Sorry, I didn't make that clear.

I have several unencrypted and encrypted networks available in my vacinity. I want to be able to choose one and log on to a given network.

Do any apps. exist for me to do this easily?

Thanks!

there is an application called kwifimanager that helps with that. also there should be an app in KDE that will help. i don't know on suse 9.1, but i know on 9.2 that in Yast2, network devices, wireless, you can define wireless settings.
