Wellenreiter closes for no reason

I have been using a copy of Knoppix-STD (Security Tools Distribution). I like the fact that it has drivers for my Cisco 350 card built in. Whenever I open Wellenreiter it opens fine, but when I click start it will intercept about 2 packets and then it just exits for no apparent reason. I can open it back up and it will do the same thing again. Any ideas?
