Question USB wi-fi card not recognized


I am looking for drivers, or a way to connect to my Actiontec 802AIN wi-fi stick. I am running Linux Mint 17 Cinnamon 32bit. Great appreciation to anyone can help.

Follow the instructions in this thread.

The more info you provide. Linux distro. Link to computer specs. Terminal readouts like in that thread I posted.
The more help you will get.

No info. Oh well. At least it looks like it uses the ath9k module and firmware.

Above are terminal commands. You can use Ctrl+Alt+t in most linux distros to open a terminal or find terminal in the menu or search box in menu.

Copy and paste readouts in reply box between code tags like I did in my post. It is the # symbol on the advanced reply toolbar. Those command readouts in the thread I posted won't hurt to be posted in your thread also.
If you want this working. Think this out and make your next reply verbose and descriptive. Don't be shy.

Edit: No drivers should be needed for your wireless N usb. You might need the firmware though. The mintwifi command I posted will mention if this is so.
