Question Totally newbie DWL-120 + USB wireless card

First time poster and definitely Linux newbie, I just got a DWL-120 + USB
adapter and my Mandrake 9.1 install doesn't recognize it properly, it sees
it as an unknown USB device.... I have been searching all over the net but
have yet to find a solution, are there drivers for this USB adapter? any
help would be really appreciated

Try this howto, I believe his device has the same chipset as yours:

When you get to the point where you need this info, here it is:
http://www.wireless.org.au/~jhecker/.../usbtable.html
look at lines 24-25 and using your FCCID you'll be able to choose the correct driver.
