Thinkpad T520 Wifi error in dmesg after Debian7 64b install

Hello,
I found the issue in dmesg after boot (I am working with LAN cable).
Does it mean the wifi will not work,
What should I do?

Add the "non-free" component to /etc/apt/sources.list and install the "firmware-realtek" package.
