SuSE & WG111v3

Neeeewbeee to Linux here I am running SuSE 10.3 64 bit in a VRMachine. I am trying to set up a WG111v3 Netgear wireless USB 2.0 adapter. However it won't connect. I have gone through Isusb and got ID 0846:4260 NetGear, Inc.
I have gone through and installed the Windows drivers that I have for it via ndiswrapper, and everything seems to install properly, however when I run iwconfig it shows lo - no device eth0 - no device (won't show wlan0) I thought maybe it was the USB port, but I can plug in a USB 2.0 Flash drive and it comes right up.......any clues as to what I might need to do or change???? I've followed alot of different guides and never seems to work. I like keeping this in a VRmachine for just this reason, I have uninstalled and re-installed several times, so that I will know which one works for my system when it does. Any more info that is needed please let me know I will give all that I can....thanks in advance for any advise (besides don't use wireless with linux, or get a new device....but if needed then I guess I will have too... )

Unhappy wireless networking suse wg 111v3

I think you a few option :
1) It not wright configured
2) It don,t have wright linux driver
3) It has IRQ problem

That is all I think off
