Setting up a DHCP server w/ the server on a wireless network
I have a D-Link DWL-G520 wireless network card (yes it is up and running). I want to make this linux box into a DHCP server for another computer. So my question is:
1) How do I set up a DHCP server using a ethernet card? (I've tried, but when I install the ethernet card linux insists on me entering a IP address. Not really sure if I need to do that. Also, my wireless card configuration gets all messed up on plug-and-play installation, so I probably need to configure the ethernet card manually before installing it.)
2) Or, it it necessary for me to use a ethernet card and use the wireless card as an access point for the other computer?
