rtl8185 wpa2 AES ndiswrapper wpa_supplicant

[FIXED]
Update: I didn't blacklist the rlt8180 driver, after that it worked. To be more specific, it worked smoothly (hours, >200 KB/s) on an old Abit KT7 board with 2.6.26 and WPA2 AES. With the same linux bootdisk etc it didn't work on a NForce3 250 board (mp_reset:64), neither it worked under WinXP SP3 on that machine. With doesn't work I mean: you see the AP's etc, but establishing the connection doesn't work. I turned off IOAPIC and ACPI to see any effect on ndiswrapper (windows doesn't boot anymore then), but that did't make any change.

So still to be understood:
ndiswrapper: mp_reset:64 wlan is being reset. Neither it works under WinXP SP3, so it seems something is seriously wrong with the realtek driver. (Or bios of the mobo concerning ACPI etc?) Under Win unencrypted doesn't work either, I didn't tried that yet under linux.

On the NForce board, with the rtl8180 standard driver the AP's are seen as well but it
doesn't connect either: ADDRCONF NETDEV_UP wlan is being reset.

Under Windows trying to connect to the network results in serious periodically hanging of the whole machine (mouse cursors freezes, numlock etc) for ~5 sec, then 10 sec nothing, etc.

Under linux the machine freezes also completely, but for a much shorter time.

Google'ing shows that there are more people reporting micro stutters and periodically freezing hanging of their machines with the 8185 chip. So I doubt it's the mobo.

---- Original question -----
Realtek 8185 chip connects to a WPA2 AES AP but finally fails to establish the connection.

The log below is pretty long, but necessary as for me it's really unclear what exactly goes wrong. 00:0c:f6:4b:a3:be is the AP (essid galaxy), another Vista box with a DLink works smoothly with WPA2 AES.

It finds the AP but after some initial phase the connection is not made. I just tried wicd,
Code:

[23895.644253] wlan1: RX authentication from 00:0c:f6:4b:a3:be (alg=0 transaction=2 status=0)
[23895.644264] wlan1: authenticated
[23895.644274] wlan1: associate with AP 00:0c:f6:4b:a3:be
[23895.647237] wlan1: authentication frame received from 00:0c:f6:4b:a3:be, but not in authenticate state - ignored
[23895.663833] wlan1: RX ReassocResp from 00:0c:f6:4b:a3:be (capab=0x411 status=0 aid=2)
[23895.663858] wlan1: associated
[23901.625278] ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): wlan1: link is not ready

Ignoring the auth frame doesn't sound good to me, but is this a fatal err? Has anyone a clue what's going on? Below the output of wpa_supplicant:
