RT2400 Module

Hi,

I've recently purchased an ASUS WL-130b wireless PCI card because my former USB ATMEL device wasnt compatible with Linux. Apparently the new card uses the RaLink rt2400 drivers, so I've downloaded and installed them successfully.

However, when I try to set the valid essid for the NIC via iwconfig, I get a "device/resource busy" error. If I remove the modules, re-load them and type iwconfig ra0 essid Wireless very quickly, I manage to set it but it looks like an error to me.

Once I have everything set up (correct channel, essid, key etc), I still can't find a signal. It works in Windows XP, though. Could it have anything to do with RTS or Fragmentation? I'm a newbie, but it really seems like Linux hates me.

I would like to note that i've tried this on both SuSE 8.2 and RedHat 9, neither work. I'm currently fiddling with RH9.
