rebuilding tcp stream from ethereal

I came back to linux after using windows for a few years, and I am currently trying to learn how to use ethereal to rebuild a tcp stream...i think that's how you say it (I am very noobly).

I record packets and view them...except i don't know how to rebuild the packets I saved into something a human can easily read...um im retarded ill give an example of what im trying to do:

i go to a website, and have that recorded by ethereal.
then i right click a tcp packet and choose follow tcp stream

what i want to do is rebuild all the packets so i can view the website in html offline.

also, if i capture packets and save them in raw...how to i convert that to something i can view?
