Problem with USB wireless atheros w108USB

Hi there!!
I've installed madwifi with apt-get and m-a, but when pluggin in the usb wireless, it does nothing. May be i'm wrong on wifi drivers? May be i'm wrong on some version or firmware? I've been googling over there and the info is clear: it's easy and may not fail... but i think that usb atheros is not as easy as pci or pcmcia. Am i wrong?

Thanks in advance!!

dmesg on USB plugging and module insertion:

madwifi does not support any USB devices, according to their webpage. You'll probably need to use ndiswrapper.

Can you tell me how do you use ndiswrapper?

http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/joomla/

apt-get install ndiswrapper (This may come on the standard Debian distribution, I'm not sure)

You will also need the Windows drivers for the Wifi card.
