Problem wireless card configuration

Hi!!

I have a problem to configure my wireless card.
First YAST detect the card witout problem. Then , I configure the manual IP address.
So if I run ifconfig it is ok:
cepc97:/ # ifconfig
eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:0BB:1A:61:19
inet addr:138.40.163.183 Bcast:138.40.163.255 Mask:255.255.255.0
inet6 addr: fe80::20b:dbff:fe1a:6119/64 Scope:Link
UP BROADCAST NOTRAILERS RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
RX packets:16459 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
TX packets:2504 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:22
collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
RX bytes:4014740 (3.8 Mb) TX bytes:352689 (344.4 Kb)
Interrupt:11

eth1 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:0E:6A3:24:E5
inet addr:160.254.10.20 Bcast:160.254.255.255 Mask:255.255.0.0
inet6 addr: fe80::20e:6aff:fed3:24e5/64 Scope:Link
UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
RX packets:34 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
TX packets:50 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
RX bytes:3732 (3.6 Kb) TX bytes:3468 (3.3 Kb)
Interrupt:11

lo Link encap:Local Loopback
inet addr:127.0.0.1 Mask:255.0.0.0
inet6 addr: ::1/128 Scope:Host
UP LOOPBACK RUNNING MTU:16436 Metric:1
RX packets:112 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
TX packets:112 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions:0 txqueuelen:0
RX bytes:7840 (7.6 Kb) TX bytes:7840 (7.6 Kb)

But after if I try to use iwconfig:

eth1 no wireless extensions.

However, the del of the card is green and the firmware is in the good directory and the symbolic link is created.

If I see the dmesg:

eth1: mgt_commit has failed. Restart the device
eth1: mgmt tx queue is still full
eth1: mgmt tx queue is still full
eth1: islpci_close ()
eth1: islpci_open()
eth1: resetting device...
eth1: uploading firmware...
eth1: firmware uploaded done, now triggering reset...
eth1: no IPv6 routers present
eth1: timeout waiting for mgmt response 1000, trigging device
eth1: timeout waiting for mgmt response

if someone can help me..

Thank you in advance.

Pit

Moved: This thread is more suitable in Wireless Networking and has been moved accordingly to help your thread/question get the exposure it deserves.

It would probably help if you told us what card you have and which driver and kernel version you are using.
