OK, you have a 64bits OS : The 32bits gcc41 / g++41 won't work.
If installed : Please uninstall the packages.
(Can be checked with $ which gcc41 ; $ which g++41 ).

The 64bits Ubuntu 12.04 : $ sudo dpkg -i \
compat-gcc34-3.4.6-ubuntu1204-1_amd64.deb compat-gcc-34-c++_3.4.6-20_amd64.deb

compat-gcc34 https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B7S2...it?usp=sharing
compat-gcc-34-c++ https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B7S2...it?usp=sharing

Please start from scratch with a new unpacked ns-allinone-2.34.tar.gz.
And : There are some 32bits leftover in the original exidus-pegasis.
This new package will do : exidus-pegasis-leach-ns234-patch.1.tar.bz2
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B7S2...it?usp=sharing

cd ns-allinone-2.34/
tar xvf exidus-pegasis-leach-ns234-patch.1.tar.bz2
$ export CC=gcc34 CXX=g++34 && ./install

# 27 : Please do not quote entire posts. One line will do.
Please edit post # 27.

Please read post # 23 : "".. edit your posts to use `code tags`.""
And the surplus error text can be deleted :
Quote:
invalid command name "Resource/Energy"
.
invoked from within
"source tcl/mobility/$opt(rp).tcl"
(file "tcl/ex/wireless.tcl" line 187)
This is the error text.
All the other text coming after the first line tells really nothing.
The same or a similar text appears by any ns2 error.
Deleting text : The 'Edit' button.
Code tags : The 'Edit' button, ... and the # button is for creating code tags.
Or type [/code] at text end, and [code] at the code or error text start.
* http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...gs-4175464257/
* http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi....php?do=bbcode
Code tags make the text more clear.
And : All that surplus error text just makes the whole thread confusing to read.

About your errors ... While you are editing your posts ...
.. give me some days to find a solution.
Please do not repeat posts. I will answer when I hopefully have a solution.
