GURUS,
i am using a cisco wireless PCI card on my linux desktop . i am able to add the card using network device control wizard . i am not using any encrption on my AP . i am using factory default settings on my AP as well as on the card . When i run IFCONFIG command i am able to see my card is active . LEDS on the card shows Blinking green for card detection as well as blinking amber for the association status . The card is shows up in the association table of the AP . I am not able to pass any traffic wirelessly . when i try to ping to the AP i get destination timeout error . I run the tracerout command and it shows only on entry that is my own ip address for the card on computer . No ARP entry when i run arp command . i am having another cisco card on XP machine their is no problem i am able to associate and able to pass the traffic .
Please tell me where to look for the problem .
Any ideas related to this issue will be appreciated .

Tony Bhullar
