no drivers for linksys wusb11 v3.0 on fedora core2?

I just installed FC2 but it doesnt seem to recognize my wireless adapter - a linksys wusb11 v3.0

Kernel version: 2.6.5-1.358

Tried installing the at76c503-0.11 driver - got this from the linux-wlan.com website if I'm not mistaken...

But cannot get it to compile....running "make" gives a
/lib/modules/2.6.5-1.358/build/include/asm/irq.h:16:25: irq_vectors.h: No such file or directory

and then gives many more error msgs and finally quits.

Can someone please help me out here...

Make sure that you have the kernel sources / kernel-headers package installed.

I tried reinstalling FC2 - this time with the kernel src package.
Ran "make" in the /usr/src/linux directory.

It soon ran out of disk space. I have 4G in this partition ("/") - how much is needed to be able to compile the kernel?
