New Netgear MA111V2 - same as MA111?

I got this card at fry's couple days ago and it is a "V2" version.

I can't get it work with wlan-ng driver pre-0.21. when I look into
message log it say device 0x4210 instead of 0x4110. I've tried to
hack the driver to have it reconize it as MA111 but it still doesn't work.

Anyone has a "V2" MA111 or information about it?

Thanks everyone !
