network/internet share over bluetooth

i've been searching(and trying to figure out for myself) how to do this for about three weeks now but no luck.
is it even possible? it has to be, 'cos google brings up about a 101 tutorials for mac to powerbook(the rest are just syncing phones), but nothing for pc to pc(well nothing usefull).

has anyone succesfully accomplished this?
